Conference Call Hell

Hi, who is on the line? I’m sorry, I think I have to unmute you. Wait, or am I muted? Let me see if I can figure this out. Darn, I’m going to have to call Marco and ask him how to work this thing. How about you all dial back in in 5 minutes while I take some time to get this straightened out.

Okay, now I’m back. Thank God for Marco! So, who is on the line? Yeah, sorry, I couldn’t make out what you said, Lenny. Could you repeat that? Is Diane on the call too? Who are we waiting for?

All right, I think everyone’s here now. Did you all get the agenda that I sent out? Oh, Luis, you didn’t get it? I’ll send it right now. Oh, Janet’s going to send it to you. Janet, do you have the latest version? Remember we updated it again late yesterday?

Let’s get back on track. So the first item on the agenda is a quick update from the team. Let’s go around and each take a few minutes to give an individual update, and then I’ll update you on the overall performance. So how about you go first Luis? Can you update us on the progress with the client since last week?

That’s great. Janet, you’re next. Janet? Are you there? Did Janet get cut off? Oh well. I guess I will have to talk to her offline.

Now, can everyone see my screen? How about you Diane? Lenny can’t see my screen on the WebEx. Do you? No? Ugh, I really need to get Marco to show me how to work this. Okay, I’ll send out the deck after we get off the call, but let me just give you a quick recap….I hear someone’s dog barking. Could everyone else mute their lines please?

I have a hard stop in three minutes, so we will just have to pick this up next week on our weekly call. Thanks everyone, and have a great afternoon!
