Résumé Help - Network Operations Center Manager

Jenny is a Network Operations Center Manager with over 10 years of experience.  Today we will look at a portion of her résumé and evaluate some of the areas for improvement. 

My initial impression after communicating with Jenny is that she has a much more in-depth level of experience than her résumé would lead one to believe. She played a critical role in the merging of two departments; other than mentioning the 9000+ per month phone volume, we know nothing about the details related to the size or scope of the consolidation project in which she contributed.

Jenny also comingles her duties with her achievements.  By doing this, she is watering down her achievements, and making her résumé appear over-bulleted.  Readers will not be likely to get the full impact of her accomplishments.  In addition, Jenny makes numerous grammatical errors throughout the document. She also mentions her high school education from 1984 despite the fact that she has a technical diploma.  This is unnecessary and makes her appear junior, as well.
