Résumé Help - Here Comes the Judge

As a professional résumé writer, I come upon so many really impressive candidates who struggle to create a résumé that does them justice. In this case, we are reviewing a portion of the résumé of a highly regarded Judge.  He has done a good job by adding an opening summary statement and including a list of leadership competencies. However, to really impress prospective employers, he will need to step up his level of accuracy.  The Judge’s résumé is filled with errors in grammar, sentence structure, and character spacing.

He probably needs to have several people that are very strong in English review this document carefully for him and may even want to consider hiring a professional résumé writer to help him reposition himself.  His résumé can be much more powerful both visually and in terms of content.
