I have been working diligently to find the job to initiate my journey into my career as a college graduate who is stuck in the realm of "educated with no experience". Time and time again while looking for jobs, I never met the requirements, and where I did I was always over qualified. I finally found a job, that was in the field of clinical research, and 2+ years of experience wasn't required to even be considered for the position (although preferred).
