Federal Resume Writer

As a writer and executive editor with more than 25 years experience, Jackie has major Federal proposal expertise plus, resume, newsletter, magazine and book publishing credits.  For the past 14 years Jackie has worked as a Certified Federal Resume Writer and career consultant for hundreds of individual clients.  For 8 years she spent a major portion of her time under contract to The Resume Place, where in addition to Executive Resumes, she wrote detailed Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) and Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) narratives for Federal job application clients.

Jackie has in-depth expertise in training and she has developed and presented a number of corporate communications training programs.  She delivered seminars and workshops in how to speak and write effectively in the business world, to all levels of management staff including top-level executives in several firms.  Jackie also worked closely and successfully with many scientists and engineers, including those whose first language was not English, to develop and refine their writing skills.

Jackie earned a Bachelor of Education Degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  Her Master of Arts Degree, which she received from Antioch University in Yellow Springs, Ohio, is in Human Services Planning and Administration.
