Catherine J. Mich

Catherine Mich holds a Master of Science Degree in Counseling from California State University, Los Angeles. During the past 10 years, subsequent to being introduced to the work of Thomas Leonard, she has utilized her educational background and experience to develop a Life Coaching practice. This practice is focused on helping people negotiate life’s changes and transitions successfully and creatively.

In 2001 Catherine founded Heart and Soul Works, a transitions coaching and consulting enterprise. She has also received certification from William Bridges and Associates for Leading Organizational Transition Programs. About 3500 people in the United States have this certification. Catherine’s focus includes working with individuals and small groups in the area of creating safe and stable transitions from the Old into the New.

In addition to bringing academic preparation and 10+ years of coaching experience to her work, Catherine has 20 years of entrepreneurial business experience. As someone who numbers more than 50 major changes in her own story, Catherine knows intimately well “walking the talk” of creative change and those tricky transitions. She has experience coaching a wide array of clients through this process.

Catherine is the author of the popular book, entitled Be the Artist of Your Own Life’s Work. This book presents a process for tapping into your core passion and finding ways to manifest that effectively in this world. Catherine’s most recent book is entitled From Employee to Entrepreneur, A Journey Worth Taking, A Guidebook. In this workbook she explores the dynamic internal process for moving from being an employee to becoming an entrepreneur.
