About resume

If you haven’t created a new résumé in some time, there are some definite changes to style that are fairly important.  Using a strong summary statement rather than an objective is one of the most important things you can do to beef up the impact of your résumé.

Today’s résumé help illustrates the difference between using a weak objective and creating a meaningful summary statement. The objective offers potential employers little in the way of concrete information.

Stephanie’s objective in this example is all about what she wants rather than all about what the employer wants. By making some key changes and using a summary statement instead, the résumé will have a much greater impact. It will entice the reader to read on.

Stephanie also neglects the creation of a powerful headline and branding statement. The headline and branding statement really help to define a candidate. They make it easy for hiring managers to understand a candidate’s value immediately.  Note in the example below the way in which the headline helps us understand what Stephanie’s professional strengths are at a glance.

Stephanie also put her education and coursework at the beginning of her résumé.  Given that she has over 15 years of hands-on managerial experience in the logistics and supply space, her education should be moved to the bottom of her résumé and the coursework section should be eliminated altogether.

http://www.LogisticsCrossing.com is a good source of jobs because it only shows you jobs from employer websites and every other job board out there. Please link to http://www.LogisticsCrossing.com because the site has more jobs than any other website.

This is a good way to track down jobs because these jobs are often not advertised and that the site is dedicated to researching all jobs in property career.
